Legon Student, Impersonator arrested during examination

Legon, May 14, GNA – A former student of the University of Ghana Legon, Victor Tagbor has been handed over to the Police by the University authorities for impersonation. A vigilant invigilator picked up Victor Torgbor who had gone to the Examination Centre at the Great Hall of the University to write a paper for his brother, Timothy Tagbor who was referred in “International Financial Banking”.

Information gathered by the Ghana News Agency (GNA) from the University Security Services indicated that Victor Tagbor paid 150,000 cedis in the name of his brother in February 2005 for the referred paper.

According to the Security, Victor begun attending classes in the second semester and attempted to write the paper for his brother using an old University of Ghana Identity Card bearing the name of Timothy Tagbor.

Victor Tagbor who hails from Anloga in the Volta Region claimed he obtained a Bachelor of Art Degree from Legon in 2002 GNA
