Lawyers force judges to take bribes – Dr Ampaw

Some judges become susceptible and fail to reject bribes when lawyers and judicial staff present them with physical cash.

But as to how they become compromised, Dr. Maurice Ampaw tells us that judicial officials and some few lawyers who have made it a habit to bribe judges are in the best position to explain.

According to him, some practicing lawyers know within their hearts that they can never win a court case, and for this reason have made it their hallmark to force judges to be on their side by bribing them. He continued that some constantly visit judges at home and try to comprise them.

Dr. Maurice further revealed that some judicial staffs have always taken advantage of the canker and forced clients to pay huge sums of monies to lawyers without the knowledge of judges.

Speaking on OKAY FM, Mr. Ampaw noted that after collecting the monies, the judicial staffs promise clients they would do all they can to ensure they win their case.
