Launch your manifesto – Kofi Adams tells NPP

The National Organiser of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Adams, says the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) has adopted a new strategy to only “shop” for concepts from the ruling NDC to campaign on.

He maintained that the NDC has a well-structured program which they are implementing to change the lives of Ghanaians – this he noted will be penned in the yet to outdoor manifesto.

According him, it’s outrageous for an opposition party to delay its manifesto until an incumbent launches theirs.

“Up till now the NPP cannot come out with their manifesto so they have no message for the electorates. They [NPP] are just waiting to counter on what the NDC will be doing. They are all over shopping for ideas and encounter on hitches,” he said.

“The opposition party [NPP] has no program, no ideas, nothing for this country. They are just shoppers of ideas,” he added.

Kofi Adams made these assertion when announcing on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’ that the NDC is almost set to launch its manifesto ahead of this year’s elections.
