Late Kotoku Lartey family warns public against fraudsters

The family of the late Emmanuel Kotoku Lartey has warned the public against the activities of some fraudsters to dispose the estate of their dad at the North Industrial Area at Avenor, in the Greater Accra Region.

A statement issued by Nii Awuley Lartey, son of the deceased and family spokesperson said some of the fraudsters had managed to trespass on the property, and the matter is due for court while a related issue was settled out of court.

He warns that anyone who transact business with any person or group of persons involving the said property do so at his or her own risk.

Nii Lartey said the Deed of Assurance on the property was prepared by Lynes Quashie-Idun & Company Solicitors on August 15 1975, between Irweld Engineering of Ghana, and his late Lartey.
