Lady in court for biting lover’s genitals

An unemployed young lady in her early twenties was on Tuesday arraigned before an Accra Circuit Court for allegedly pulling her boyfriend’s genitals during a fight.

According to the prosecution, the accused, Rabi Morro and the complainant, Mohammed Tahiru, are lovers residing at Odawna around Kwame Nkrumah Circle. During a misunderstanding Rabi seized some fabrics belonging to Mohammed, who is a tailor by profession. When he confronted her over the fabrics, the encounter degenerated into a fight during which, the accused pulled and squeezed her lover’s genitals. This act weakened Mohammed and Rabi capitalized on that and bit her lover’s manhood.

Mohammed then went to the Police Station to lodge a complaint where he was given a form to report to the hospital. On his way he was attacked by some boys who had been allegedly organized by the accused. The accused was later arrested and charged with the offence of causing unlawful harm. The complainant stunned the court when he pleaded that the charges be dropped and assured the Court that the dispute between himself and his lover would be resolved amicably. The Court then upheld the plea of the accused.
