La youth warn NDC to call Afotey Agbo to order

La youth in the Greater Accra Region have cautioned the ruling National Democratic Congress executives led by President Mahama to bring Nii Afotey Agbo to order or risk losing the elections in the Greater Accra Region.

According to the them Nii Laryea Afotey Agbo , the Greater Accra Regional Minister in clear convivial with the police and land guards are depriving them of their inheritance.

The angry youth alleged that the state apparatus especially the police and other security agencies are denying them access to their land at Ashiyie in spite of court Judgements in their favour.

Residents in the area are living in fear after they were subjected to massive beating by a group of ‘machomen’ suspected to be land guards brought in by the Minister.

The cutlass wielding thugs according to reports, chased away some young men working on a building site in the town.

The youth stressed that the said portion of land the Minister and his family are claiming was meant for a forest reserve.

They appealed to government to intervene to avert another chaos in the town.
