Kwesi Sagoe wins Nyinasin electoral area election

Cape Coast, Dec. 28, GNA- Mr Kwesi Sagoe won the Nyinasin electoral area district assembly election with 694 votes, defeating the incumbent, Mr Kow Amissah, who had 625 votes.

Provisional results from the Nyinasin collation centre, of the Electoral Commission (EC), indicate that, Mr Kwesi Sagoe had won the seat. The results gathered from polling stations in the Legion ‘A’ electoral area, shows Mr William Ocran leading with 167 votes as against three other contenders.

At the Aquarium electoral area, John Ackah was also leading with 173 votes as against his only contender, who, so far, has 74 votes. Mr Aggrey Finn is ahead in the Tintinwhe/ Kotokuraba electoral area with 383 votes as against four other contenders.
