Apinamang, Dec.14, GNA-The Kwaebibirem District Chief Executive, (DCE), Mr Emmanuel Aboagye Osae, has commended the Apinamang Prince of Peace Methodist School for its good academic performance.
The school scored 100 percent passes in both the 2010 and 2011 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and ranked 18th among the 119 basic schools in the district in this year’s BECE.
Speaking at the school’s 15 anniversary celebration on Tuesday, Mr Osae said taking into consideration the poor performance of basic schools in the district this year, the Prince of Peace’s performance needed to be applauded.
