Kwaebibirem Assembly donates vehicle to Health Directorate

Kade (E/R), July 13, GNA – The Kwaebibirem District Assembly in the Eastern Region, has donated a double cabin pick-up to the District Health Directorate to facilitate its work.

The vehicle, valued at GHc 36,000 was presented by Mr George Agyemang Duah, District Chief Executive (DCE) to Mrs Eunice Abuaku, District Director of Health Services at Kade in the Eastern Region. The DCE said the vehicle was in response to an appeal made by the directorate, and expressed the hope that it would ensure quality health care delivery to the people. Mr Duah noted that the district assembly’s resources are healthy people. Mrs Abuaku thanked the DCE for the gesture and gave the assurance that the vehicle would assist the directorate in its health education, immunisation and other activities that would help improve the health status of the people.
