Kufuor visits Apasera, Adu-Boahen at 37 Military Hospital

Accra, June 23, GNA – President John Agyekum Kufuor on Wednesday visited Mr David Apasera, PNC Member of Parliament for Bolgatanga now recuperating at the 37 Military Hospital after a motor accident in Accra.

President Kufuor had a closed-door interaction with Mr Apasera, who is in a stable condition, according to hospital sources.

An eyewitness account said Mr Apasera who was injured in both legs and the right hand was driving from Accra to Tema last Monday June 14, when the accident occurred at the Opeibea traffic lights.

President Kufuor also visited Professor Albert Adu Boahen, a leading member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), who is also on admission at the Hospital.
