Kufuor to Central Region: Decide Dec. 7 polls in NPP’s favour

Former President John Agyekum Kufour on Sunday told the people of the Central Region to decide the winner of December elections as they did in 2008, but this time in the favour NPP and Nana Akufo-Addo.

The Central region has gained that identify due to the voting trend of its people, who are not die-hard-loyalists of any of the two leading political parties; NDC and NPP.

Addressing a large crowd of supporters at the party’s regional rally at Mankessim, Mr. John Agyakum Kufuor, who joined several key NPP figures, told the electorate to vote massively for the NPP for economic transformation, free senior high school education and quality health care.

The presidential candidate of the NPP Nana akufo-Addo on his part made a passionate appeal to the people to bring back the NPP into government.

Nana Akufo-Addo said a vote him and the NPP will mean an end to the hardship which he said Ghanaians were experiencing due to bad policies of the NDC administration coupled with the incompetency with which they have managed affairs of the country.

He said Ghanaians could afford to another four more years of hardship under the corrupt John Mahama administration.
