Accra, April 1, GNA – President John Agyekum Kufuor on Friday received a special message from President Omar Bongo of Gabon at the Castle, Osu.
Mr Casimir Oye Mba, Minister of State in-charge of Planning, delivered the message whose contents were not disclosed. President Kufuor and Mr Mba later held discussions behind closed doors.
