Accra, July 19, GNA – President John Agyekum Kufuor on Tuesday received a special message from the Rwandan President Paul Kagame at the Castle, Osu.
Mr Donald Kaberuka, Rwandan Minister of Finance and Economic Planning delivered the message, whose contents were not disclosed. President Kufuor and his guest later held discussions behind closed doors.
