Accra, Dec. 15, GNA – President John Agyekum Kufuor on Friday nominated Ms Mercy Arhin for appointment as Cape Coast Municipal Chief Executive.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Office of the President and signed by Mr Kwadwo Okyere Mpiani, Chief of Staff and Minister of Presidential Affairs in Accra.
Ms Arhin’s nomination has been occasioned by the death of Alhaji Muniru Arafat Nuhu, former Cape Coast Municipal Chief Executive. Alhaji Nuhu 56, died of cardiac arrest at the Central Regional Hospital on Wednesday, March 22.
