Kufuor Faction Warns Akufo-Addo’s Group

-You Are Killing The Party Slowly Towards 2016

News Desk Report

Anyone who says there is no tension between ex-President John Agyekum Kufuor’s faction representing the Ashantis, and Akufo-Addo group of akyems must be joking. It is now crystal clear that the Kufuor faction is out to bring Akufo-Addo and his group to order.

A reliable source in John Kufuor faction has told The Informer Monday mid-night, “we (Kufuor sect) have realized that the Akufo Addo’s akyem group is hell-bent on destroying the goodwill of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) towards the 2016 elections.

We have hints that Nana Addo has realized that, at 72 years the party will not give him another chance that is why he decided to embark on this futile court case to irritate floating voters who voted the NPP in 2012”

The source said Nana Akufo-Addo has realized that if the Ashanti sect withdraws its support, the NPP will not win more that 8% of votes, so he has decided to embark on an “all-die-be die” policy in the party.

The “all-die-be-die” policy, he explained, means that if he (Nana Addo) will not be the candidate then the NPP should also not win the election.

The source concluded that, “former President Kofi Diawuo Kufuor attending President John Dramani Mahama’s swearing-in ceremony is an example of his opposition towards the court case of Nana Akufo -Addo and his surrogates. The statement of Dr. Charles Wereko-Brobbey asking the NPP to lick its wounds and prepare for 2016 represented the view of the Ashanti group in the NPP. If Nana Addo had brought the term “all-die be-die”, we will show him the true meaning of “all-die-be-die” in the NPP; the source stated.
