KPMG returns to the witness box today

An official of international auditing firm KPMG will later this morning mount the witness box to answer questions from lawyers involved in the ongoing election petition hearing at the Supreme Court.

The questions are expected to border on recently presented report on audited pink sheets. The firm presented the report on Monday after about a month of work.

Counsel for petitioners and respondents in the case were subsequently given time, to study the document and make their final comments on it.

The registrar was on Wednesday directed by the judges to invite KPMG back into the witness box following a request by the lawyers.
