Accra, March 22, GNA- Government on Saturday said it has designated the Kordiabe Leadership Training Centre in Greater Accra as a refugee centre. A statement signed by Mr. Kwamena Bartels, Minister of the Interior said the declaration was made in Accra last Friday March 14, 2008.
