Behind every successful man, they say, is a woman, and there is no doubt about this saying and so it was all joy and romance on the airwaves of Starr 103.5FM Wednesday evening when the Apostle General of the Royalhouse Chapel International, Rev. Sam Korankye-Ankrah, proposed again to his wife, Mrs. Rita Korankye-Ankrah to allow him to re-marry her after thirty years of a blissful marriage.
Rev. Korankye-Ankrah in an interview with Bola Ray on Starr Chat was surprised by his wife who queried if he is still in love with her, 30 years after marriage.
Kneeling before the microphone in the studio of Starr FM, Rev. Korankye-Ankrah, in a joyous mood, said “Honey, am kneeling down right now, I am proposing to you in advance…on the occasion of our 30th marriage anniversary, I would want to re-marry you,” Rita replied: “Yes I will,” adding “you are the best thing that ever happened to me.”
Rita, who was in joyous mood advised listeners and young people who intend to get married that once you make a vow at the altar, it is forever and urged listeners to learn from their example.
Rev. and Mrs. Korankye have been blessed with four children.
