Koforidua sex tape: victims go into hiding

Days after the Koforidua (Asokore) set tape became public; several ladies involved in the shameful act have deserted the town with their whereabouts not immediately known.

Daniel Ofosu, aka Junior, aka Ahotoba, 22, is said to have filmed sex encounters with some 42 women within Koforidua and its environs and allegedly circulating it via Bluetooth, Whatsapp and other social media platforms at a GHC5 fee.

The over 42 actors (ladies) include students, teachers and married women who until the despicable tape became public were respected persons in their respective areas.

Unable to bear the shame their disgraceful conducts have caused them, some have decided to relocate while others have imposed a house arrest on themselves as they are unable to step out, affecting their social life.

Daniel Ofosu who is currently at large and very popular in the area, as his modus operandi uses his Toyota Camry to lure unsuspecting women into his residence and subject them to different bouts of sexual encounters while filming the whole act on a digital camera.

Police in Asokore, a suburb of Koforidua are making frantic efforts to arrest the suspect.

Kasapa FM’s Investigative Reporter, Kwaku Opare Adesuokor on his usual ‘prowl’ spoke to a relative of one of the women involved in the sex tape, who disclosed that his family is in search of their daughter who has vanished into thin air.

“We are hugely embarrassed by what our daughter has done; she has brought shame to our very respectable family and we don’t know where she is at the moment”.
