Some elders and youth of the Kumasi Metropolis have called on President Kufuor to sack Mr Maxwell “Kofi Ghana” Jumah as Chief Executive of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly. They also want him to be put before the Fast Track Court.
The Elders and Youth allege that ever since the ex-member of GhanaHomePage discussion forum -SIL – was given the Presidential assent for the top post, he has shown disrespect to them. They have also accused him of misappropriation of funds and called for a forensic audit into how he has been disbursing the KMA Funds.
The Ghanaian Voice quotes sources as saying that the KMA boss has been boasting that the President will never remove him because he assisted him (Kufuor) financially during the 2000 election campaign.
