Kintampo District Assembly commended

Amoma (B/A) Aug. 21, GNA – Mr Peter Addae, Assembly Member for Amoma East in the Kintampo District in Brong-Ahafo, at the weekend commended Assembly for executing development projects to improve the standard of living of the people.

He told the Ghana News Agency at Amoma that the community now has three boreholes while all the three schools in the area were being provided with KVIP places of convenience.

Mr Addae said the people would construct a police station and a senior secondary school (SSS) to complement the efforts of the assembly. He said the Seventh-Day Adventist Church would support the SSS project and the people would provide communal labour.

Mr Addae said the people were moulding blocks to construct additional classrooms for the Local Methodist primary ‘A’ and ‘B’ schools to promote education.
