Kintampo confirms District Chief Executive

Jema (B/A), June 28, GNA – Mr Kwadwo Adjei-Duffour was on Monday confirmed as Kintampo District Chief Executive at an assembly meeting at Jema in Brong Ahafo. He secured 29 votes, representing 87.9 per cent of the 33 votes cast by Members.

Mr Adjei-Duffour, former Deputy Brong Ahafo Regional Minister, thanked the member and pledged to work hard and diligently to enhance the development of the district. He expressed the hope that the members would continue to support the growth of the district.

Mr Ignatius Baffour-Awuah, the Deputy Regional Minister, appealed to people in the district to bury their political differences and forge ahead in unity.
