Presbyterian Secondary School (PRESEC – Legon) was the first runner up while Ofori Panin Secondary School (OPASS) was adjudged the second runner up. Ms. Elizabeth Kufuor, Greater Accra Regional Director for CHRAJ, said the quiz was part of activities to commemorate the World Human Rights Day, which falls on December 9. The quiz is to fulfil its constitutional mandate of educating the public on fundamental human rights.
