Ken Adjapong Blasts NDC

Accra. May 27, (PeaceFmOnline) — After a long absence from the airwaves, the fire brand NPP MP for Assin North, Hon Ken Adjapong yesterday, Thursday, May 26, 2005 staged a comeback with a fiery attack on the NDC for embarking on the Wahala demonstration in Kumasi yesterday, Thursday, May 26, 2005.

Mr Adjapong poured out his anger on Peace FM’s, Kokrokoo Morning Show. Angered by the NDC’s hypocrisy on the Chief Kufuor’s hotel issue, he stated that, the NDC should be held responsible for the hardships Ghanaians are facing in recent times. He emphasized that these hardships have come about as a result of the bad governance executed in the days of the NDC which the present government has taken measures to curb.

Hon Ken Adjapong noted among other things that, till date, most of the important positions in public institution such as general managers, directors and others are still held by NDC sympathizers who are sabotaging the government in its work. He therefore called on the NPP government to immediately remove all people holding such positions from office to enable government carry its agenda.

He further emphasized that, the five years the NPP administration has seem massive improvement and therefore advised Ghanaians not to allow the NDC to deceive them with the ?Wahala Demonstration. ?Ken Adjapong also urged the president not to allow the NDC orchestrated Wahala demonstrations to detract his agenda, but should stay focused. Despite the Wahala demonstrations we would not change our agenda, we shall still proceed, he intimated. He also cautioned other political party members who are joining the NDC in the ?Wahala’ marches to be very careful for the NDC is deceiving them.

Hon Ken Adjapong noted that the public should not forget about the harm the NDC inflicted on innocent Ghanaians and journalists with its criminal libel law. He finally cautioned the NPP not to be swollen headed and behave like angels, but should fight hard for the party.
