Justice Dery’s case filed against Tiger Eye PI begins today

The Supreme Court will today hear a case filed against Tiger Eye PI, by Justice Paul Uuter Dery, seeking to set aside a petition by Ace investigative Journalist and his team, calling for his removal.

He’s prayed the court to declare the petition null and void, as he claimed its contents had been leaked, in contravention of Article 146 (8) of the 1992 Constitution.

Justice Dery is one of the High Court Judges seen in Anas’ bribery and corruption video allegedly taking bribe to pervert justice in a case he handled.

He, in several applications, sought to block the video from being shown to the public but failed in those attempts.
