Judgment Debt Commission invites company

The Commission of Inquiry into payments from public funds arising from judgment debts and related processes, on Monday, invited managers and owners of Kae Ghana Limited to report to the Commission.

They are to report to the Commission to assist in ongoing investigations into a case involving Kae Ghana Limited and the Ministry of Food and Agriculture and the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice.

A statement signed by Mr. George William Dove, the Public Relations Officer of the Judgment Debt Commission, and copied to the Ghana News Agency in Accra, reminded the public that the Commission holds its sittings at the auditorium of the Old Parliament House, opposite the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum.

It said the managers and owners are to report to the Commission on Tuesday, 25th June 2013, at 1000 hours prompt, and are at liberty to appear with their lawyers.
