Judge Pulls Gn On Nasara Chief

As Ghanaians continue to pray for violence free elections, an apocalyptic confusion rocked Somanya in the Eastern Region a week ago when a gun toting Magistrate Court judge, Justice E. T. Essandor, stormed the house of the regional Nasara Club Chairman, Mr. Seidu Harruna and threatened to kill him.

The said law lord according to documents available to THE HERITAGE was incensed for what he felt was the NPP man?s attempt to tag him, judge, as pro-NDC.

The brazen orgy of violence on the part of the judge shocked the inhabitants of the town.

With one heart and voice, they clogged at the victim?s house to protect him against the riled judge who held his neck with one hand and menacingly brandished a pistol with the other.

Investigations by the paper, have revealed that, the victim had a fracas with his co-tenant and when the matter was sent to the magistrate?s court, justice Essandor ruled against the victim.
