Half Assini(W/R), Jan. 3, GNA 97 Two electoral areas could not vote i= n the second phase of the district level elections conducted in the Jomoro District of the Western Region on Sunday January 2,2011. The electoral areas are Anlomatuope and Effasu/Mangyea electoral areas due to unavailability of ballot papers. Mr. Kobena Asante, the District Electoral Officer, told the GNA at Hal= f Assini that the election would be conducted in those areas any time the ballot papers were ready even if it goes beyond the January 4 deadline set by the EC.
