John Dumelo’s V8 should be returned to him – Abronye DC

The Brong-Ahafo Regional Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party, Kwame Baffoe has said the vehicle that was seized from actor John Dumelo should be returned since all other seized vehicles were sent back to their owners.

The youth leader also known as Abronye DC, opined that since the vehicles that were allegedly stolen from state and confiscated from past government officials have been returned, it is only right that the V8 retrieved from John Dumelo also be returned.

Abronye DC was speaking on Asempa FM, when he stated, “John Dumelo’s seized car is at the Flagstaff House Annex.

It should be returned to him. That of Elvis Afriyie Ankrah and Kofi Adams should also be returned to them.

All the cars that I seized have been parked at the Regional Coordinating Council in Sunyani and so the people we seized the cars from can go for their vehicle because the work we are doing is useless.”

The NPP youth organizer has said he is a member of the State Asset Retrieval Task Force due to the actions of some officials at the presidency.

He fumed that the flagbearer of the All People’s Congress (APC), Hassan Ayariga whose vehicle was also seized, has since been returned.

These change in directions, according to the NPP youth leader invalidated the work of the task force that had been set up to ensure the officials of the previous administration had not retained any state assets.

He states that he should not be contacted by anyone on matters regarding the task force, as he has resigned from his position.

Abronye further stated that he will only focus on his main source of livelihood as a farmer, in the Brong-Ahafo Region
