JICA has new representative in Ghana

Accra, Jan. 30, GNA – Mr Hiroshi Murakami has been appointed the new resident representative of the Ghana Office of the Japan International Cooperative Agency (JICA), according to a statement issued in Accra on Monday.

Mr Murakami replaces Mr Kenichi Shishido whose tour of duty has ended.

The new JICA resident representative has worked in Tanzania, Malawi and South Africa.

He was also a special adviser to the Managing Director of the Regional Department for Africa at JICA Headquarters.
