Japan Motors donates motorbikes to AMA

Japan Motors Trading Company Limited has donated five motorbikes worth GHc34,000 to the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA).

Mr Salem Kalmoni, the Managing Director of the company, who made the presentation, said the donation formed part of their corporate social responsibilities to support the AMA for efficient and enhanced service delivery.

He assured the Assembly of the company’s continuous assistance to help improve the living conditions of the people in the metropolis.

Mr Mohammed Adjei Sowah, the Accra Metropolitan Chief Executive said the motorbikes had come at the right time since the AMA was continuously engaging with stakeholders to bring about new strategies to enhance services of the Assembly.

He commended Japan Motors for the gesture and assured that the motorbikes would be used for their intended purposes.
