Jamasi School for the Deaf gets Anapuna salt

Jamasi (Ash), March 31, GNA – The Ashanti School for the Deaf at Jamasi in the Afigya-Sekyere District has been presented with a quantity of “Anapuna” salt and cash totalling three million cedis. “Afikaa”, a soap manufacturing company made the donation to the school.

Mr Kissinger Osei, Marketing Officer of the company said, it was their contribution towards the upkeep of the children. He promised that the donation would not be the last but that they would continue to support the school.

Mr J.K. Brantuo, the Headmaster, said they were grateful to the company for the assistance.

He used the occasion to appeal for more public support to enable the school carry through its expansion programme. 31 March 05
