JAK nominates two judges to Supreme Court

President Kufuor in consultation with the Council of State has nominated two persons to the Supreme Court of Ghana.

They are Mrs Justice Sophia Ophelia Adjeibea Adinyira (Nee Ohene) and Mr Justice Samuel Kwadwo Asiamah.

A letter bearing communication from the President to the Speaker of Parliament signed by Mr D.K. Osei, Secretary to the President said; “It would be highly appreciated if Parliament give its approval and inform us of its decision accordingly.”
