A three-member delegation of the New Force of Cote d’Ivoire led by its leader, Gulliam Soro, arrived in Accra on Wednesday for talks with ECOWAS Chairman, President John Agyekum Kufuor. The talks are expected to centre on political developments in Cote d’Ivoire, where the rebels have declared a state of emergency in the northern part of the country, accusing President Laurent Gbagbo of preparing for war.
