Ivorian Prime minister arrives for talks with Kufuor

Accra, May 12, GNA – The Ivorian Prime Minister, Seydou Diarrah on Wednesday arrived in Accra to consult with President John Agyekum Kufuor, ECOWAS Chairman, on the political situation in that country. The Ivorian Premier, who was accompanied by his wife, Josiane is expected to brief President Kufuor on the current state of the Ivorian crisis and efforts being made by stakeholders including the deployment of UN Forces to further push the peace deal forward.

Alhaji Mustapha Iddriss, Minister of Works and Housing and the Ivorian Ambassador in Ghana, Mr Emmanuel Tanoe, met them on arrival.
