IPR to hold public lecture

The Institute of Public Relations, Ghana (IPR) would on Monday October 27, 2014 host a public lecture in Accra to examine the effectiveness of government public relations in the wake of current difficulties in the country.

A statement issued in Accra by Joseph E.T. Dottey, IPR Executive Secretary, to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) on Thursday said the lecture would be held at the British Council Auditorium.

It said the Chairman of the National Media Commission, Kabal Blay Amihere, would speak on the topic: A Nation at the Crossroads: Using Effective Public Relations to Achieve the National Agenda.

It noted that the general public, especially public relations communications practitioners, are invited to the lecture.
