INUSAH FUSEINI MAKES HISTORY

Queen Elizabeth School in Tishegu, a sober in the Tamale central constituency will soon become the first ever two story primary School block in the metropolis. The Member of Parliament for Tamale Central Constituency and Deputy Minister of Energy, Hon. Inusah Fuseini disclosed these to the paper.
The school has its name suggest, was named after the British Queen, Queen Elizabeth to serve the good people, unfortunately, for some years now, it has not seen any renovations. In an interview with THE INFORMER, Hon. Inusah Fuseini hinted that a lot of developmental project was underway in his constituency which according to him, is to make life more meaningful to the people of his constituency as they deserve better.
The MP, said among other issues that his goal was to work together with his constituents to reduce the development challenges, and “to get the people to understand that all my constituents became more responsible and useful citizens.”
According to him, “The only sustaining legacy is to work towards peace within the metropolis and to give the children, the future leaders a reason to go to school, to remain in the classroom and go through their books and to pursue their dreams,” Mr Fuseini told THE INFORMER.
Hon Inusah Fuseini said he had within the time he had been in Parliament built a three-classroom block for the Farikiya English/Arabic School, another three-classroom block Wataniya English/Arabic School at Aboabo, adding that, work on a six-classroom block for the Salafiya English Arabic School at Gombihini have been commissioned.
The MP said he had also rehabilitated a six-classroom block for the Presbyterian School and had adopted a non-partisan approach to his work.
Among these projects significance of mention is the construction of an 18 unite class room for some selected deprived schools in his constituency at the cost of GH 400,000, The donation of 800 text books and 40 assorted table top computers to Ambariya Islamic and English school, a KVIP and a sore and office to the school and a cash donation of GH100,00 to brilliant but needed students his constituency are part of the good works of the MP.
A five kilometer streetlight project have been awarded on contract and a health post under construction at Moshie Zongo, a community many regards as the heart of Tamale at a cost of GH 50,000 through the support of the National Health Insurance Scheme to reduce the rat of infant and maternal mortality in the area resulting from inadequate health post.
He however stressed the need to foster peace in the Tamale municipality to propel the development of the Constituency and that as a cosmopolitan community.
