Institute of Public Relations congratulate President Mahama and two others

The Institute of Public Relations – Ghana has congratulated President John Dramani Mahama, Mr Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwah and Madam Freda Prempeh on their ascension to very high political positions.

This was contained in a press statement signed by Mr Henry Nii Dottey, Honorary Secretary and copied to the Ghana News Agency.

It said the Institute and the entire membership were excited and delighted at the ascension of President Mahama, a Fellow of the Institute of Public Relations as the fourth President of the Fourth Republic.

The statement also expressed joy on the assumption of office by two of its Accredited Public Relations practitioners: Mr Ablakwah and Madam Freda Prempeh, Members of Parliament for North Tongu and Tano North respectfully.

It said the Institute salutes President Mahama and the two MPs for attaining such laurels in their political lives.

“We hope they will exhibit tenets of true public relations professionalism in all their endeavours as politicians,” the statement added.
