Fire gutted some facilities at the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation Friday (June 16) evening, The fire started at 6:30pm
Information Minister, Mustapha Hamid has called for complete renovation of structures of the State Broadcaster, GBC following last night’s fire at GBC stores.
The fire destroyed a large number of items and materials.
Mr Hamid said some structures at the Corporation are old and need re-engineering to prevent such fires in the future.
He was speaking after joining Management of the Corporation to inspect the extent of damage to property as a result of the fire.
