President John Dramani Mahama has arrived at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle for the inauguration of the Circle interchange.
The 74.88 million euro project which commenced in 2013 is to transform the Kwame Nkrumah Circle into a pedestrian and motorist friendly.
The project is jointly financed with credit from the Brazilian Government and the Ghana Government.
