I’m proud of Akufo-Addo – Kwadwo Twum Boafo

A member of the National Democratic Party Kwadwo Twum Boafo has expressed his utmost delight in President Nana Akufo-Addo for annexing the highest office of the land.

The former Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Free Zones Board believes that Ghanaians have chosen Nana Addo to govern the Nation hence he deserves enough time to fulfill his promises and the maximum respect as the Commander in Chief.

Articulating his thoughts on GHOne’s State of Affairs hosted by Nana Aba Anamoah on Wednesday Kwadwo Twum Boafo said “I’m proud of him for a reason, he has tried hard to become the President over many years and some say over four decades, it’s not easy to do that but I don’t agree with their philosophy.”

“He is our fellow town boy and about that I don’t see it easy to do what he has been able to do, whether you agree with him or you disagree with him he has to be given the chance.”

Asked if he wants Nana Addo to succeed Kwadwo Twum Boafo said “If he succeeds then politics as we know in Ghana becomes redundant.”
