I’ll prioritize education – Abetifi MP elect

The Member of Parliament elect for Abetifi Constituency, Bryan Acheampong has promised to use greater share of his emolument as MP to support education in the area.

Mr Acheampong said he’ll ensure his salary, allowances and ex-gratia that will accrue to him as long as he continues to be the legislator for Abetifi will be lodged into an educational fund he’s planning to set up to support students within his constituency and Kwahu at large.

‘’Year on year, for as long as I remain in parliament, all these monies which would be given to me will be directly spent on Education. I am going to account to the public, I am going to account to my constituency, for them to know I made a promise that I am going to deal with education and I have done it.’’

He thanked his constituents for the honour done him to represent them in parliament.

Speaking to Eugene Akoto –Bamfo the Host of Agoo FM’s Morning Show” ENE NSO BIO” on Monday, Mr Acheampong assures his constituents that , he is committed to every promise he has made to them.

According to him, he’s willing to invest heavily in water, sanitation, Fulani menace and education of his people.
