I’ll keep expanding my block factory business – Asiedu Nketia

General Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress Johnson Asiedu Nketia, also known general mosquito, has told Bola Ray on Starr Chat that he has expanded his block business from one to four factories .

According to him, that is the only business he has been doing since he left parliament in 2000.

Mosquito’s ownership of the block factory became a major subject of controversy as a result of the position he occupies on the board of the Bui hydro project, where he sits as a chairman.

Over the last few years, he has threatened legal action against people who claim that his business (which is close to the Bui project site) and the position he occupies amounts t conflict of interest since the hydro project was still under construction and was purchasing blocks from him.

Speaking to Bola Ray Wednesday, the chairman of the Bui hydro board said his business is booming and he has plans of expanding in the years to come.

“Yes I own four block factories now and I’ll keep on expanding,” he said.

He noted also that he lives his life without regret because he does not tell lies.
