As the twists and turns of the abortive one billion dollar International Financial CONSORTIUM (IFC) loan makes the headlines among both media and civil society, the International Finance CORPORATION (IFC) of the World Bank seems to be providing some solutions to their own jig-saw puzzle. The Corporation says it is on a brink of instituting a writ against the other IFC (the consortium).
