The organizers of #IChooseJM and the National Secretariat of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) have finally made peace following their differences over a planned event.
The truce follows a meeting with the NDC National Youth Organizer and his Deputies, at the party’s national headquarters, in Adabraka, Accra on Monday January 21, 2016.
According to the leadership of the group, the meeting discussed events leading up to last Saturday’s youth declaration of #IChooseJM and the pledge of support by the gathered youth who have chosen President John Mahama as their candidate for election 2016.
National Youth Organiser, of the NDC Sidii Abubakar accepted the campaign concept of #IChooseJM and the decision of the youth to endorse the NDC Presidential Candidate, H.E. John Mahama.
The National Organiser of the NDC, Mr. Kofi Adams and his two Deputies sat through the meeting and offered constructive advice to the group to avert future disagreements.
