The Central Regional Police Commander, DCOP David Ampah-Bennin, has indicated his preparedness to deal with armed robbers and other miscreants fomenting trouble in the region.
According to him, police in region are aware of the hideouts of all criminals and will very soon smoke them out.
Speaking to Accra News on Thursday May 18, DCOP Bennin noted that the region has a high number of cannabis smokers, a situation denting the image of the region, hence his resolve to flush out such criminals.
“I will flush them out,” he said.
“The weed smokers are hiding in ghettos and the police are aware of their hideouts.”
