I was attacked in Western region – Ayariga insists

The Flagbearer of the People’s National Convention (PNC) Hassan Ayariga is insisting he was attacked by armed robbers while touring the Western region last Friday.

The Western regional Police have denied the claims saying Mr. Ayariga’s convoy only happened to have bumped into a robbery scene.

But speaking to XYZ News, the National Coordinator of the Ayariga Campaign team David Nibi said the Police do not have the facts.

“We rather went and brought the Police, the Police were not on the scene, we were on the scene so how could they say that…we have the facts,” he insisted.
