I was attacked by robbers but not shot – Osei Yeboah

Jacob Osei Yeboah- a.k.a JOY, who also contested in the 2012 elections as an independent candidate said he was fine and in good health.

Speaking in an interview with Joy Fm, Mr. Osei Yeboah who is also contesting in the 2016 elections said “around 3am, somebody entered my room through the back door of the balcony.

I was on the third floor of the hotel. “All they were after was actually not my life but my iPad, my iPhone and my watch.

These were the three things they were interested in. My wallet and my money, they were not interested in so they they’d take those.” Incidents of armed robbery in the Ashanti region has been a major problem for the Ashanti regional police command.

Although the security agencies have in the last few months arrested and shot many of the robbers the criminals seem to devising new ways of attacking their victims.
