I don’t live a double life – Gen. Mosquito

General Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) believes he would never be a victim of leaked secret tape recordings that intermittently hit the political landscape because he sticks to what he says.

According to Johnson Asiedu Nketia, he has never “lived a double life” and has always been consistent with his principles hence it will be difficult to ensnare him in the secret tape craze.

“I don’t live a double life,” the outspoken general secretary popularly known as ‘General Mosquito’ told host of Starr Chat Bola Ray on Starr 103.5FM, Wednesday.

He added: “That is why nobody has been able to record me because whatever I say in private I say in public.”

Nketia, who was in his usual good-humoured element, said he prefers living a very simple life, but wants to impact the lives of others.

“There is nothing in my house to be stolen. When robbers attacked me they got nothing,” Nketia said.

When Bola Ray asked him if he was afraid of death he answered in the negative.

“It is useless to be afraid of death because you’ll die anyway,” Gen. Mosquito opined.
