I don’t kill students for WASSCE rituals – Kukuom headmaster

Headmaster for Kukuom Senior High School in the Asunafo South District of the Brong Ahafo Region, Andrews Gyabah has denied killing one Master Abdul Raheem Ali for academic rituals.

The Headmaster has in recent times been accused of killing candidates for rituals with the aim of helping his students pass exams at the West African Secondary School Certificate Examinations.

The accusation was leveled against Gyabaah after a student of the school sitting for WASSCE, Abdul Raheem Ali from Sewfi -Essam in the Western Region who had been reported missing was suspected to have been sacrificed by the headmaster for the rest of the students to pass.

Family of the victim stormed the school premises and attacked the headmaster demanding their child or risk being killed which resulted in chaos and the subsequently closed down.

According to some of the students, during every WASSCE examination , some of the students get missing and the headmaster is said to be responsible for that.

But Gyabah has denied killing Abdul Raheem Ali for rituals saying, “I am a Minister of the gospel and will never kill a human being for rituals because the bible is against that. I have never in my life killed a fowl or any animal for rituals to talk less of human being.”
